We have been fortunate that our product, hard work, passion, and drive has brought our company to a profitable and thriving business. Success of the business however has its challenges and we found that Bosco & Roxy’s needed to change how we operate.
In search of a competent company to help us realign our company processes with a strong manufacturing business management history, we were introduced to Richard Lavigne of the LYNX Business Management Group (LYNXBMG) in September of 2021.
Both Michelle and I felt comfortable with Richard sensing that this company may be the right folks to help us. Once we met the LYNXBMG team, it confirmed our instincts that these folks have a different persona than other consultants. They were practitioners who are well versed in the grass roots of manufacturing & management operations. This is what we needed!
Richard and his team of manufacturing & operations experts began to collaborate with our team in Q4/21 to assess and establish a plan of action. The kick off process did not take very long before we had a plan of attack to help us develop the business needed to support the level of sales turnover we were experiencing, a vision of the next step in the company’s progression to achieve plausible gains in efficiency, proficiency, and quality for a handsome 626% ROI from the effort.
The entire LYNXBMG team were attentive, very engaged and provided a soft coaching approach with practical tools and techniques for our team members. Tremendous learning and training began for many of our staff members. Feedback from within were positive and although a challenge at times to stay the course plan, we worked well together around hurdles that lead to a common set of goals and objectives.
At no time did we feel we were not briefed or kept aware of the progress, pitfalls, and challenges along the way. Richard and his team were engaged with us and our staff. We all felt that LYNXBMG was part of the B&R team.
Although we had to conclude the contract in mid stream due to a sale of the company, both Michelle and I would not hesitate to collaborate with them again or refer LYNXBMG to others. They appreciated our efforts as well and we consider them to be part of our successes.
Not everyone gets the opportunity to work for a professional like Rick who is also a great teacher. During the two years I reported to Rick, I saw a person completely dedicated to the goal and objectives of the organization. Rick has the ability to fine-tune the processes for better outcome. As the director of Business Development, Rick had introduced and helped set-up many new processes related to Business Development, Sales and Program Management roles of the organization. The tallest, among all of Rick’s talents, is his ability to keep every customer big or small satisfied. Rick, with his broad spectrum of Aerospace experience and hundreds of successful projects under his belt, enthused a confidence in the team. We successfully introduced and industrialized many new parts in a short duration. Any organization who is serious about its customers will definitely succeed if Rick works for it.

I had the pleasure of working with Richard throughout 2017 through the process of establishing a new product line for a recreational automotive application.
